- Highly specialist Parkinson’s disease assessments
- Creation of evidence-based Parkinson’s disease management plans for all disease stages
- Reviewing and prescribing specialist Parkinson’s Disease medications
- Completion of NHS and/or private referrals for other healthcare professionals
- Contribution to CHC assessments
- Completion of referrals and professional letters for social and financial support

Initial consultation – up to 1 hour – £200

About Us
Founder: Amy Witt BSc HCPC MSc ACP
The Neurology Advanced Practice was created to meet the unmet need for specialist Parkinson’s disease care delivered directly in patients’ homes. Founded by Amy, a highly experienced and expert HCPC Registered Advanced Practitioner, specialising within neurology and most specifically, Parkinson’s Disease. She is passionate in improving the quality of people’s lives who live with Parkinson’s Disease.
Amy started her rewarding carer as a Physiotherapist, gaining a first class honours from the University of Hertfordshire. Now as a highly experienced neurological specialist, she has undertaken a masters at the University of West London, to hold the prestigious title ‘Advanced Practitioner’. She now holds the advanced skill set of independently prescribing medicines, completing advanced medical assessments, interpreting and ordering diagnostic investigations and creating holistic medical management plans to expertly manage Parkinson’s disease.
Amy continues to work in the NHS and throughout her carer has managed neurological patients within a variety of settings including nursing homes, residential homes, rehabilitation centres and within patient’s homes. She has extensive knowledge of NHS, private, social and charitable services, supporting her patients to gain the most appropriate support.
